player-video-feed API reference

# player-video-feed

The experimental `player-video-feed` module provides a headless controller for short-form video feeds. It manages reusable `Player` instances, source preloading, role-based buffering, decoder-limit recovery, and reactive per-item state while leaving UI and navigation to the application.

Add the dependency:

```kotlin
implementation("com.bitmovin.player:player-video-feed:<bitmovin-player-version>")
```

The module is UI-framework independent. Compose and standard Android views can observe the controller's `StateFlow` and render each item's assigned `Player`. Applications can append items as additional feed pages become available.
