Completed billing information is required to subscribe to one of our product plans and create a correct invoice for you or your organization.
You can find the billing information inside the "Billing" tab in the organization settings section or by following this link.
User are able to perform following actions:
- Updating the billing information incl. address & payment options
- View the history of past payments
- Export invoices & statements
Current information not displayed
If you are wondering why your credit card details are not shown when changing the details, this is because of security reasons we don't load this information and it's secured in our payment provider's backend systems.
